Don’t you hate it when fluro lights start to flicker? They flash on and off, on, off, on, off. It’s enough to drive anyone mad. Eventually, they stop, and even though it’s now dark, it’s still a welcome relief from in the incessant flashing. Well so it is with Flash Rovers. Due to lack of participation and funding we have been forced to temporarily shut down the crew until further notice. There will be no more activities and you will need to contact scout HQ to change your membership details. This is important! – if you continue to attend rover events without changing your crew, you will no longer be covered by insurance.
