Flash Rovers is a Rover crew from Adelaide. Rovers is the section of Scouts Australia for 18-26 year olds. It is all about personal development and encouraging leadership, outdoor skills and the ability to take on a challenge. However, it is great opportunity to make great friends and to have fun.
